'Cannot install'
This is a bit of a bizzare one-I run guildwars, but after downloading something I get a 'connect to ANET' progress bar and an error message in the GW window about how it can't install to the path-check it's there, I'm an admin, and I have the hard-drive space.
Well, it's the right path-I've run it from the .exe in the gw folder itself. I'm an admin. I have 169gb spare hard-drive space. I appreciate Guildwars can be a bit of a hog, but even so...  I've tried reinstalling, but... well. |

I have the same exact problem, it came up with the latest patch.
As things are now, i can't play GW, even after reinstalling. It will just restate that it couln't install

Okay, I've been jiggling around, and I managed to get it to work. What I did was, I uninstalled it and then went into the folder and deleted everything but screenshots templates and directsong music. Reinstalled, and it seemed to work.
The con is I have to redownload EVERYTHING. Which is a bugger. |

Yes, I was going to post the same. Had it working by reinstalling and re-downloading EVERYTHING. Previously I would just reinstall and then overwrite the 100 MB dat file with the 3 GB updated one backupped from previous installation.
